Digital Manager – Omnichannel Strategy (healthcare)

About the team:

We are a team of specialists across all digital disciplines who work collaboratively, often integrated within account teams, to deliver technologically advanced, data-driven, and compliant communication solutions for health clients worldwide. Our work is critical to navigating the complexities of digital engagement in the healthcare industry.

We are looking for a digital manager to join our global team. This role can be remote, or hybrid based in United Kingdom or Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage client relationships, driving deliverables and managing expectations.
  • Develop and align strategies with senior team members, ensuring compliance with guidelines (FDA, ABPI, GDPR).
  • Track and support project budgets, utilizing AI-powered analytics for campaign optimization.
  • Manage team operations and deliverables, mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Craft and present client deliverables, integrating omnichannel best practices and keeping senior team informed on progress.
  • Develop support materials, advocate for resources, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Contribute to digital proposals and RFPs, implementing actionable insights from performance tracking.
  • Educate teams and clients on digital trends, identifying new business growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, strategy, business, or related field.

Skills and experience required: 

  • 4-6 years of experience in communications or omnichannel (social, digital, CRM).
  • Experience leading and managing digital projects across multiple channels.
  • Experience with UX/UI and digital design thinking methodologies, including collaboration with design teams to implement user-centric solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI LLMs and AI prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in digital solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, HubSpot).
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and automation tools (Marketo, Pardot).
  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Understanding of web metrics and digital analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
  • Experience managing client relationships and executing campaigns.
