About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to serve as our Senior Vice President, AI Transformation & Acceleration. This executive will spearhead the GenAI transformation agenda across the organization and act as a strategic client partner—positioning our proprietary AI platform as a transformational enabler for marketing, medical, and compliance solutions.
The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of AI technologies—especially generative and agentic AI—with an exceptional track record of innovation, business leadership, and client engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, solution design capability, and change leadership to accelerate AI adoption internally and externally.
This is a remote role reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer.
You Will:
Strategic Leadership & AI Transformation
- Lead the enterprise-wide GenAI transformation aligned to the platform strategy.
- Shape and execute the AI roadmap to enhance speed, quality, and margin across insights, creative, and compliant delivery workflows.
- Serve as a cross-functional catalyst aligning product, delivery, commercial, and innovation teams around AI implementation goals.
- Act as the internal and external face of Inizio Evoke's GenAI strategy—driving thought leadership, press, panels, and client innovation sessions.
Client Partner & Commercial Impact
- Serve as the senior business lead for strategic clients exploring or adopting AI-enabled marketing solutions.
- Guide clients in adopting AI across omnichannel, medical, access, and regulatory communications, leveraging agents and platform capabilities.
- Build commercial models that evolve from services to productized offerings—unlocking licensing, co-delivery, and platform revenue streams.
Platform & Product Strategy
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to refine and expand platform capabilities, including AI agents, digital twins, and modular asset workflows.
- Contribute to the roadmap for small language models (SLMs), proprietary datasets, and client-specific GPTs.
- Prioritize and shape use case pipelines to align with high-margin opportunities and internal ROI.
Change Management & Organizational Enablement
- Drive a cultural shift toward AI fluency across the organization, including creative, strategy, account, medical, and regulatory teams.
- Lead enablement efforts, including training, workshops, and governance frameworks to ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in AI adoption KPIs, ROI dashboards, and talent transformation modeling.
You Will Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in digital innovation, transformation leadership, or AI enablement within healthcare, life sciences, or marketing services.
- Proven success leading enterprise change efforts and implementing AI solutions in complex, regulated environments.
- Demonstrated excellence in client-facing executive roles—ideally overseeing multimillion-dollar healthcare/pharma portfolios.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, prompt engineering, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), and AI orchestration.
- Experience evaluating or building AI platforms, tools, or custom GPTs for marketing, content creation, and compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and compliance-aware AI solutions is a strong plus.
- Visionary thinker with strong operational follow-through.
- Exceptional communicator capable of translating technical innovation into business value.
- Collaborative leader who can influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
- Background in strategic product design, enterprise SaaS/AI enablement, or innovation labs.
- Experience engaging with enterprise procurement teams and pricing transformation (T&M to value-based).
