About the Role:

We are looking for an execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a scalable AI and technology ecosystem supporting enterprise transformation. You will translate high-level business needs into actionable product plans and ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery in partnership with marketing technology, data science, and operations teams.

You are a delivery-driven product leader who thrives on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and building resilient systems. You'll own product lifecycle management, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure robust integration across business-critical workflows in marketing and communications.

This is a remote role reporting to our SVP, Operations.

 

You Will:

Product Execution & Delivery Management

• Own the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Convert strategic AI goals into tangible epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and lead sprint planning.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features and platform capabilities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with marketing technology, data, UX, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate technical dependencies across platforms and systems.
• Align day-to-day execution with roadmap priorities and business outcomes, escalating risks proactively.

Operational Enablement

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor product performance and adoption.
• Identify areas for process improvement in product delivery and support functions.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate go-live activities and manage post-launch feedback cycles.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Gather input from internal users, client teams, and compliance stakeholders to inform requirements.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable feature enhancements and prioritized backlog items.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and product updates clearly and consistently across teams.

Compliance & Risk Alignment

• Ensure that all product releases adhere to relevant security, compliance, and privacy standards.
• Work with legal, data, and security teams to validate technical design and implementation plans.

 

You Will Bring:

• 8–10+ years of product management or technical program management in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and scale SaaS, platform, or workflow automation solutions.
• Experience delivering in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or legal tech.
• Strong understanding of APIs, workflow tools, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with GenAI applications and compliant document workflows is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile-Scrum, JIRA, backlog management, and technical documentation.
• Relentlessly delivery-oriented with focus on action and process optimization.
• Skilled at removing bottlenecks, solving complex dependencies, and aligning teams to timelines.
• Comfortable working in a high-change, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Background in platform product management or enterprise workflow systems.
• Experience collaborating with data science, AI, or innovation teams.
