About the Role:

We are seeking a technically skilled and creatively minded AI Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize agentic AI workflows for our next-generation platform for strategic, creative, and compliant internal workflows.

You will focus on building domain-specific agents and orchestrators using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks. You combine technical depth in LLMs with a structured, compliance-aware approach to prompt design, ensuring outputs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to transform proprietary data, modular workflows, and agent orchestration patterns into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

This is a remote role reporting into the SVP, MarTech Innovation.

You Will:

• Design, build, and optimize agents and workflows that support strategic, creative, and compliance-driven tasks.
• Implement modular, reusable prompt frameworks and orchestration logic to drive consistent outputs across diverse business use cases.
• Identify and integrate structured and unstructured data sources into agent workflows.
• Write, test, and refine complex prompt chains to achieve accuracy, compliance, and business relevance.
• Establish appropriate evaluation
• Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to improve model performance.
• Implement human-in-the-loop, LLM-as-a-judge, and other appropriate evaluation patterns to ensure reliability and auditability of outputs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into prompt-driven solutions.
• Contribute to agent taxonomies and orchestration models that define our internal platforms modular architecture.
• Support iterative delivery cycles, ensuring high-quality, production-ready releases.
• Embed compliance logic and validation layers directly into agent design.
• Maintain traceability of prompts, configurations, and agent lineage for audit purposes.
• Continuously refine prompt libraries to align with evolving regulatory and domain-specific rules.

You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in applied NLP / AI development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands Agents, or similar agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years of workflow automation.
• Strong programming background in Python and TypeScript / Javascript.
• Experience with cloud-native development (AWS preferred).
• Experience working with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and data ingestion (structured / unstructured).
• Expertise in prompt engineering, chaining, and orchestration of LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of testing, optimization, and evaluation techniques for prompt performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Experience embedding compliance, auditability, or risk management into AI workflows.
