Working Pattern

  • Full-time role (5 days per week).
    • US East Coast hours (12:00–20:00 UK time if UK-based) to maximise overlap with client.
    • Duration 12 months fixed term contract
  • Location Europe/ flexible (ideally UK-based) in order to collaborate closely with UK team.

We are seeking a Senior Client Lead to join our global AOR account team. This role is designed to provide consistent senior partnership to the client, ensuring proactive counsel, cross-stream orchestration, and smooth integration between global and US workstreams. The position is full-time, working US East Coast hours, and will play a pivotal role in elevating the client experience as the workload increases over the next 12 months.

 

Role Overview

The Senior Client Lead will act as day-to-day senior partner to the client, providing strategic counsel and ensuring alignment across Branded, Unbranded, and Congress streams. They will orchestrate collaboration across creative, medical, strategy, and PMO functions, while also driving integration between Global and US teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive counsel and strategic recommendations (T+24h POVs after key meetings).

Orchestrate alignment across Branded, Unbranded, and Congress streams; run weekly cross-stream checkpoint.

Co-lead integration with US counterpart, maintaining joint tracker and avoiding duplication.

Guard collaboration blocks and pre-package decisions to optimise client’s time.

Own executive-ready synthesis (short, impactful materials for senior stakeholders).

Act as escalation point for risks, surfacing options and mitigations early.

 

Experience & Skills

10+ years in healthcare agency environments, with global AOR and launch experience.

Proven ability to synthesise complex inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.

Strong matrix leadership across creative, medical, strategy, and PMO disciplines.

Track record of leading Global integration and driving efficiencies.

Excellent communication and client management skills, with ability to anticipate needs.

Calm and decisive under pressure, with strong organisational and orchestration skills.
