About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who is passionate about transforming complex medical and scientific information into compelling, impactful narratives. If you are an experienced writer with a background in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, and you enjoy creating messaging that inspires behavior change, this role is for you. At Inizio Evoke, we develop creative solutions that balance regulatory precision with engaging storytelling, ensuring that our content resonates with healthcare professionals and patients alike.

You will report to the Associate Creative Director, Copy in this role. This is a fully remote opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of brand messaging and strategic copy, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.
• Write compelling, compliant content for digital, print, video, and social campaigns, translating scientific data into engaging, audience-appropriate messages.
• Master the voice, tone, and positioning of assigned brands, adapting writing style for different audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Strategy teams, integrating visuals and messaging to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Present and defend creative work to internal teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Contribute to new business development, brainstorming and crafting messaging for pitch presentations and proposals.
• Mentor junior copywriters, providing constructive feedback and helping them refine their skills and expertise.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, ensuring content remains innovative and compliant.
