About the Role:
As Director of Internal Operations, you will be the senior executional partner to the SVP of Internal Operations, ensuring delivery of important projects across technology, generative AI, HR engagement, vendor contracting, and compliance. With direct oversight of operational support for the Marketing and Communications divisions, you will transform strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that inspire consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the organization.
You are a proactive operator who thrives in cross-functional environments, takes initiative, and ensures follow-through. You combine executional focus with the ability to provide strategic input, ensuring both daily delivery and long-term alignment on organizational priorities.
You Will:
Operational Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as the executional arm for Internal Operations, managing priorities and ensuring delivery on projects across multiple departments.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into clear project plans with defined milestones, responsibilities, and outcomes.
- Track progress across operational projects for the Marketing and Communications divisions.
- Be the connector across teams, breaking down silos and ensuring alignment on priorities.
Technology & Generative AI
- Support implementation of technology solutions and generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and guide value creation.
- Lead the operational adoption of new technologies, including generative AI, ensuring their responsible integration to improve efficiency, compliance, and value.
Human Resources & People Engagement
- Partner with HR leadership to implement employee engagement plans, onboarding processes, and retention strategies.
- Ensure execution of people-related programs that enhance culture and workforce effectiveness.
Contracting & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor contracting processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and operational needs.
- Collaborate with business leads and legal teams to improve contract approvals and vendor relationships.
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain and oversee adherence to compliance frameworks and operational policies.
- Recommend and implement improvements that strengthen quality and consistency across teams.
You Will Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in project management or operations within marketing, communications, or professional services industries.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Project management skills, including the ability to design and deliver project plans.
- Experience in HR engagement, vendor contracting, compliance, and operational process improvement.
- Solid technical knowledge and comfort with new technologies including generative AI.
- Collaboration skills; able to build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
